冷链物流网获悉，位于山东省德州的凯德现代冷链物流园项目立足于德州融入京津冀一体化，确立的“一区四基地”中的“优质农产品供应基地”，配套建设了10万吨的冷库。

凯德现代冷链物流园由德州交投物流发展有限公司投资，分两期建设。一期项目投资2.068亿元，已于今年4月投用。二期项目投资6.18亿元，在一期建设的基础上续建冷冻能力为6.5万吨的低温冷藏库，并配套改造2.6万平方米车间、综合能源中心、食品检验检疫中心、进口冷链监管仓、食品加工厂等，低温冷藏库将于今年底投入使用。
