冷链物流作为保障食品安全、提高人民生活质量、提升人民群众幸福感和安全感的重要手段，日益受到政府的重视和扶持,与此同时，我国冷链物流行业发展中所面临的交接环节“断链”等问题也日益突出。
在此背景下，中物联冷链物会牵头启动了《食品冷链物流交接规范》国家标准的编制和修订工作，经国家市场监督管理总局、国家标准化管理委员会批准，于2022年6月1日起正式实施。
《食品冷链物流交接规范》(GB/T 40956-2021)规定了食品冷链物流交接作业的总体要求和入库、出库、配送交接要求，对于规范冷链市场、保证食品质量安全、促进行业健康发展具有重要意义。
《食品冷链物流交接规范》国家标准试点企业
为了积极响应政府相关部门的号召，不断推进《食品冷链物流交接规范》国标的宣贯工作，中物联冷链委于2023年3月，在全国范围内开展该标准首批试点企业申报工作。
在12月15日举行的“2023第十七届冷链产业年会”上，中物联冷链委公布了《食品冷链物流交接规范》国家标准试点企业名单。
冷链物流网始终重视冷链物流标准化建设，积极参与标准提升及操作实施，先后参与了《国家城乡高效配送服务标准》、《冷链配送到店系统功能要求》等多项冷链行业标准和地方标准的起草和修订。
