近日，国家市场监督管理总局公布《食用农产品市场销售质量安全监督管理办法》（以下简称《办法》），明确规定食用农产品销售者“销售生鲜食用农产品，不得使用对食用农产品的真实色泽等感官性状造成明显改变的照明等设施误导消费者对商品的感官认知”。《办法》自2023年12月1日起生效。
现对全市食用农产品销售者及市场开办者发布提醒告诫：
一、对使用的照明灯具进行自查，如不符合《办法》要求的，请迅速更换灯具设备；市场开办者要落实主体责任，及时对场内使用的照明灯具进行自查自纠，统一督促场内食用农产品销售者及时更换不符合规定的灯具。
二、《办法》施行之后，食用农产品销售者仍使用不符合《办法》规定的照明灯具的，依据《办法》第三十八条规定“由县级以上市场监督管理部门责令改正，给予警告；拒不改正的，处五千元以上三万元以下罚款”。
三、消费者如在《办法》施行后发现相关违法违规行为的，可拨打12315、12345投诉举报。
