冷链物流网近日获悉，湛江市徐闻县举办 ” 与海南相向而行 “2024 年重大项目集中开工活动。此次集中开工 8 个项目、签约 16 个项目，总投资额 402.93 亿元，涉及临港产业、水资源保护、低空经济、新能源、装备运维、现代农业、海洋牧场、智慧城市、医药健康、滨海文旅等多个板块。其中，琼州海峡一体化高质量发展示范区 ( 徐闻片区 ) 物流园项目开工建设。
据冷链物流网了解，该项目位于琼州海峡一体化高质量发展示范区（徐闻片区）核心区，由中交集团下属的中交投资和中国路桥、海南省物流集团共同投资、建设和运营，项目占地 1629 亩，总投资约 40.57 亿元。
项目主要有多式联运、货物集拼、物流分拨中心、冷链物流和农产品精深加工、保税仓储及加工、公路港配套、产业配套等功能，服务面向海南自由贸易港、南海、东盟、粤港澳大湾区及当地经济。同步建设区域物流数据交换与交易服务生态体系，保障琼州海峡物流畅通和应急保障任务。
项目建成后，将成为连接粤港澳大湾区和海南自由贸易港的现代化水陆交通运输综合枢纽的重要物流基础设施，对于降低进出岛物流成本、提高进出岛物流效率、服务海南自由贸易港建设和发展，提升琼州海峡物流现代化水平具有重大意义。
