此次集中开工的重大项目包括产业项目114项、社会民生项目29项、基础设施项目41项，如福州新区的福州长乐国际机场综合保税区片区开发项目、鼓楼区东大新村旧改安置房项目、仓山区的福建奋安实业集团有限公司提升改造项目、连江县的福州（连江）国家远洋渔业基地核心区母港一期配套工程（冷链物流）项目等。这些项目建成投产（投用）后，将有力助推福州市经济社会高质量发展。
